    Observation Location for WHI: Coriolis in 840-km polar orbit
    Observation Plans for WHI: SMEI views entire sky except for 20 deg. exclusion zone around Sun. Obscurations occur due to shuttering of sunward camera due to sunlight, particles in orbit, aurora. Observations essentially continuous once per 102-min. orbit. Views heliospheric densoty enhancements in broadband white light via the Thomson-scattering process. For WHI we expect to operate normally except we will have to avoid periods of long calibrations.
