Observation Plans for WHI: PI observes thermospheric winds and temperatures at 240 km at a site near the geomagnetic equator. Line-of-sight observations are made in the N,S,E,and W directions as well as the zenith for the Doppler reference. Measurements are made in these directions every 30 minutes.
