Other Research Goals: Besides our nominal photospheric & chromospheric synoptic observations, we can support numerous modes of observing depending on the target and the goal. The VSM observes at a fixed resolution of 2048" x 1.1", so it can scan a region of interest at a rather fast cadence. For example, a 2048x700 area-scan is comprised of 700 1.1" steps in declination (i.e. the VSM always views limb-to-limb in ~RA). Assuming you'd prefer "reasonable" geometry correction, the following example cadences are for 700 scan-lines:

    for 630.2 nm LOS-Mag obs: 0.33*700 = ~230 sec ( 3.8 min)
    for 630.2 nm Vect-Mag obs: 0.7*700 = ~490 sec ( 8.2 min)
    for 854.2 nm LOS-Mag obs: 1.17*700 = ~820 sec (13.7 min)
    for 1083. nm Int & EqW obs: 0.33*700 = ~230 sec ( 3.8 min)

So, we can schedule any of the above for periods of a few hours (with cal obs before and after the campaign) each day. Let me know if there's an observation option of interest.
