Information for Solar WHI Campaign leaders:

• By 2300 UT Day X-2 (where Day X is the day you are scheduling for): Please send your preliminary pointing/observing plan for Day X to BOTH Alphonse Sterling and Sarah Gibson
  
• By 0200 UT Day X-1: Alphonse and Sarah will send you any response likely to affect your pointing/observing plan (e.g., Hinode plans, Target of Opportunity JOP plans). Alphonse will update the Hinode pointing
  
• By 1300 UT Day X-1: Send an email with your pointing/observing plan information for Day X (and link to any targeting web page) to all your JOP/HOP members, including SOHO and TRACE observers, and also Alphonse and Sarah.
  
• Also by 1300 UT Day X-1:Click on the campaign for a given date, and then click on "More Details". You should be able to edit the Description for the day to include your pointing information and any links to a targeting web page. (Note you may need to log in to Google calendar to do this). See the SAMPLE POINTING event on March 19 for reference.
  
• WEEKENDS: SOHO and TRACE need plans for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday submitted by 1300 UT Friday ; Hinode needs plans for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday submitted by 2300 UT Thursday. Please be aware that there may be changes to Hinode scheduling during WHI, to be announced here if necessary.

Information for Observers:

If you are listed as participating in a campaign, you should receive an email with pointing information by 1300 UT on Day X-1 for the campaigns being run on Day X. If you do not receive such emails and wish to, please directly contact the relevant campaign leader. You should also be able to find the targeting information by using the calendar above, and following these steps:


• Click on the campaign for a given date
  
• If it is after 1300 UT Day X-1 (where Day X is the day you are looking at) You should see a description of target information (you may need to click on "more details"), and/or a link to a target web page for this day (see SAMPLE POINTING event on March 19 for reference).
